MCS, Inc. is a leader in fabricating parts for industry. We specialize in piping, duct work, dust collection piping, chutes, hoppers, bins, feed screws and custom parts. 

Plate work is also a specialty. MCS form offset shapes, transitions, cones, and reducers, from light gage material to heavy plate. We fabricate from carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty materials. Abrasion resistant ceramic linings are available. Including carbide overlays, AR Plate, and plastics.

Our shop processes materials using CNC laser, plasma cutting, and pipe cutting equipment. Our staff can perform engineering, onsite field service and field measuring support. We also design by using 3D modeling parts, using the latest Auto Cad and Inventor software. All work is done in our Carnegie PA Facility.

MCS shop has various cranes up to 20-ton crane capacity. Paint shop capabilities include 2- & 3-part epoxies. Including zinc-based paints if required.
